Qualifications

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in domiciliary care and quality assurance is essential.

Position Details

Role: Quality compliance/Care Coordinator (Domiciliary Care)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week, with on-call and weekend work as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and develop quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations
  • Embed equalities practice into service delivery and operational procedures
  • Develop and implement quality monitoring tools with stakeholders
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits and reviews
  • Participate in audits and appraisals
  • Collaborate with safeguarding teams and CQC colleagues
  • Manage and coordinate home care services
  • Maintain records, produce reports, and handle complaints
  • Create staffing rotas and ensure operational compliance
  • Support out-of-office duties, including emergency care and on-call responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in domiciliary care and quality assurance
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and flexibility
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance
