Job summary

All Care Southampton is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team, following a positive internal promotion. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated consistently and in a timely manner.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus on-call duties (one weekday per week and one weekend in five). Salary is £27,000 per year, including on-call allowance.
