Job summary

Alina Homecare Group in Maidstone is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with the Manager to deliver high-quality domiciliary care, coordinate rotas, assess clients, and support care staff.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules.
  • Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility.
  • Conducting initial client assessments and reviews.
  • Handling enquiries from clients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records in care management systems.
  • Covering care calls in emergencies when required.
  • Participating in on-call rota.
