Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a motivated Care Coordinator to join our Hastings team, planning and overseeing care packages and scheduling staff rotas for reliable home care across the local area.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and is office-based in Hastings. You will coordinate care visits, maintain records, and support onboarding while communicating with carers, clients and families.

• Previous experience in care coordination, healthcare, or scheduling roles preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• A caring, professional, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
