Job summary

Health Recruit Network in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Carer to provide high-quality domiciliary care in clients’ homes. You will lead and support junior staff, assist with medication, and review care plans while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Full-time role, 7:00am–10:00pm, 4 on 4 off rota; salary £23,500 rising to £24,500 after probation. NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Previous experience in a senior carer or supervisory role.

• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities
