Office based role in Enfield, leading a small team of carers in one of our three business areas.

The perfect candidate:

• Will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care
• Been providing care for 1-2 years.
• Hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good administration, literacy and numeracy skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Working with the Registered Manager you will be responsible for rostering care visits, keeping up with changes and dealing with all queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Building excellent relationships with our carers, clients and health professionals whilst ensuring the care team is supported and our clients are delighted with the service they receive.
• Be part of the on-call team on a one in four-week rota.
• Delivering care as required and demonstrating leadership from the front.
• Supporting the smooth running of the office to ensure the highest standards are maintained whilst regulatory requirements and company policies are fully followed.

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Office hours typically 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

Flexibility is required to undertake direct support to meet the needs of the business, this may include the need to work shifts, unsocial hours and weekends.
