Altogether Care is coming to North Devon - join our exciting new home care team!

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and organized Care Coordinator to help lead and support our growing team. In this role, you will:

  1. Introduce new employees to the branch.
  2. Coordinate rotas for care staff.
  3. Communicate rota changes effectively to colleagues and clients.
  4. Support the on-call service on a rota basis.
  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
  6. Utilize technology to deliver quality care.
  7. Uphold Altogether Care's values and ensure safe working practices.
  8. Be part of a caring and professional team supporting both staff and clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • At least 6 months of care experience.
