Main Duties of the Care Coordinator Role

• Be the first point of contact for both new and existing service users and care workers
• Handle initial enquiries from prospective service users and their families
• Rostering staff to ensure safe service delivery to clients
• Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care
• Assist with recruiting new care workers
• Monitor care workers and conduct supervisions and appraisals
• Support the handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints
• Ensure the service complies with CQC standards

What We Are Looking For in a Successful Candidate

• A full UK driving license is essential
• Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities, remaining calm under pressure
• Well-organized with multitasking abilities
