Job summary

CCH Group, the UK’s largest care provider, is hiring a Care Coordinator on a maternity contract in Worksop. You will organise and supervise care staff, review care plans and ensure high-quality home care across the community.

The role requires a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with standard hours 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, plus on-call duties as rotating. Salary £25,364 pro rata.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating care rotas and field-based duties.
• Knowledge of CQC, care plans and rotas is beneficial.
• NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
