Job summary

Ryde House Group is seeking a Care Co-ordinator to lead our Outreach Services, overseeing day-to-day delivery and ensuring quality, person-centred care for service users.

The ideal candidate has a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience as a Person in Charge, Senior, or Manager. A driving licence is essential for this role, with duties including on-call coverage in a small team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join our outstanding Outreach Services team. You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of our community services, and your typical duties will include:

• Completing medication and health & safety audits
• Ensuring CQC compliance
• Completing initial assessments and onboarding of new service users
• Interview and assess the suitability of candidates for new staff members

A Bit About You

The ideal candidate will be caring, positive, and a strong team player. You should hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or have equivalent experience as a Person in Charge, Senior, or Manager. A driving licence is essential with the use of company provided vehicles, as required. The role includes on-call duties shared within a small team.
