Job summary

Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated Care Co-ordinator to join our Belfast team. You will match Caregivers to Clients, maintain rotas, and ensure high standards of care across our client base.

You will work with the Registered Manager and team to keep visits covered and care plans up to date. The role requires organising, calmness under pressure, and a genuine commitment to delivering the right support to the right person every day.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving License
• Access to own car

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Client care plans
• Match Caregivers with the right skills and experience
• Complete and distribute Caregiver rotas weekly
• Manage late and missed calls and arrange cover
• Take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota
• Liaise with Clients and representatives about care needs
• Support and supervise Caregivers including induction and training
• Maintain accurate records and ensure MAR charts are audited
• Ensure compliance with RQIA standards and policies
