Qualifications

• Empathetic and values-driven approach.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to own vehicle.
• Eligible to work in the UK (18+).

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Supporting clients with medication and daily routines.
• Helping clients maintain mobility and independence.
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Keeping accurate care records in line with GDPR and RQIA guidelines.
