Connected Health Group Limited in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Community Care Managers and Service Managers, ensuring service quality and compliance with the Quality Assurance Policy. You will liaise with Local Authorities, service users, and professionals to improve delivery of care.

Key duties include rostering, client onboarding on IT systems, reporting for invoicing and payroll, and safeguarding and confidentiality compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year recent administrative experience.
• Experience working within the Care Industry.
• Computer literate, including MS Office.
• English and Maths GCSE, Grade C or above.
• Fast Learner, Self starter, Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Written and verbal - strong telephone skills.
• Teamwork and relationship management.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and implementing new packages with knowledge of capacity for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with brokerages and Care Managers within Local Authorities to build relationships.
• Create and maintain accurate staff rotas and ensure continuity of care.
• Compile reports for invoicing, payroll and management.
• Set up new clients on IT system and upload package details; prepare folders for client homes.
• Maintain all client activity on IT system.
• Comply with Care Standards Act 2008 for Domiciliary and Residential Care and related regulations.
• Uphold the Quality Assurance Policy and represent the company professionally.
• Ensure phones are answered promptly and maintain confidentiality.
