Job summary

Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is seeking caring Caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients across Northern Ireland. You’ll join a team committed to helping people live independently at home, with full training provided for newcomers.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, reliable, and have strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, along with the right to work in the UK and being 18 or over.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely caring, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and nutritious meals.
• Supporting clients with medication and daily routines
• Helping clients maintain mobility and independence
• Building trusting relationships with clients and families
• Keeping accurate care records in line with guidelines.
