Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Care Co-ordinator in Tonypandy to manage the allocation of tasks to Care Workers and supervise care staff. The role involves coordinating with Social Services and other health professionals, and potential involvement in recruitment.

You may also cover Care Worker duties and participate in the on-call rota. The position is a 37.5-hour contract with typical hours 09:00–17:00 on weekdays, with time outside these hours possible depending on needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the social care sector.
• Experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker, or Team Leader is advantageous.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate work to a team of Care Workers daily/weekly.
• Provide supervision and support to Care Workers and Field Supervisors.
