Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking caring individuals to support a client with a spinal injury at home. You will assist with mobility, personal and social care, and accompany the client to outdoor activities and social events. This role includes night and day shifts with weekend work.

The successful candidate will provide care, empathy and companionship to improve daily living for the client. Experience in social care is preferred, and excellent communication and independence are

Qualifications

• Experience working in Social Care preferred.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Experience dealing with clients who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• This role is to support a client with a spinal injury in their own home, helping with mobility around the property and providing personal and social care.
• Assist with outdoor activities and attendance at social events to support the client’s interests.
• Provide care, empathy and companionship to improve quality of life for the client.

Job Description

This role is supporting our client with a spinal injury in their own home to help mobilise around the property, provide personal and social care, help support to enjoy outdoor activities and attend social events, they enjoy a variety of interests and the right person will provide care, empathy and companionship.

Qualifications

-Experience working in Social Care Preferred.

-Experience of working with adults with disabilities preferred.

-Experience dealing with client who have communication difficulties or need additional support desired.

-This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work indepedently.
