Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Care Assistants for immediate starts in the Bulwell area of Nottingham. The role requires at least three months in care with an empathetic approach, working in a newly built care home that specializes in dementia care for the elderly.

You will deliver personal care, follow care plans, and maintain logs while working with the existing team on day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience in a care setting.
• Empathetic, patient and motivated approach to care.
• Strong communication and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• DBS within 6 months or eligible for update service; up-front fee may be covered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care to residents unable to do it themselves.
• Follow individualised care plans precisely to meet each resident's needs.
• Complete logs and report issues to Nursing Staff.
• Perform night checks as per the resident's care plan.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident wellbeing.
