Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Somer Valley House in Midsomer Norton. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care and social engagement, working across day shifts in a three-on/three-off rota.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care with empathy and respect.
• Willingness to work a rolling three-on/three-off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Assist with meals, dressing, mobility and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in residents' condition to senior staff.
