Job summary

Unique Senior Care is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. Pay is £15.00 per hour with part-time and contracted hours options.

Flexible shifts include early mornings and evenings. Mileage is reimbursed at 35p per mile; sleep-in shifts are available. Comprehensive benefits and funded training are offered to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence, access to a car, and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays).
• Previous care experience is desirable but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Administer medications safely as per guidance.
• Provide companionship and encourage wellbeing.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding and dietary needs.
• Support mobility and transfers to chairs/wheelchairs.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home.
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations.
