Job summary

Hazelwood Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is a purpose-built care home delivering Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care for 50 residents in the north Kent countryside.

As a Care Assistant you’ll support residents with daily living, follow care plans and work with a friendly team. We offer full training, 36-hour contracts, alternate weekends, DBS paid, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility support, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and report changes in condition promptly.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and welcoming environment.
• Join a supportive team with training and development provided.
