Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to join The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex. The role offers Part Time (27 hrs) or Full Time (36 hrs) per week, with day shifts available.

You will provide high-quality personal care, support residents, and promote social dining experiences while building relationships with families in a compassionate, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role.

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.

• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences.
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.

Hours of work:

Part Time - 27 hrs per week or Full Time 36hrs per week

As a Care Assistant You Will Be

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
