Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Care Assistant to join our Bolney team on days, 36 hours per week at Eastridge Manor, Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

You will deliver high-quality personal care, support residents’ independence, assist with meals, and foster social interaction while maintaining safety and dignity. Full training provided and a welcoming, supportive workplace.

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours - Full Time - 36hrs per week

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
• Provide social stimulation

• Ideally, you'll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
