South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing is seeking a Care Assistant for part-time daytime shifts at Pentlands. You will provide high-quality personal care, social interaction, nutrition support, and help promote independence for residents.

The role is 18 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday 8am-2pm. We offer competitive pay (£12.94p/h weekdays £13.59 p/h Weekends rising to £13.34 p/h and £14.01 p/h) with benefits such as paid breaks, DBS, subsidised staff meals, pension, 24hr Employee

• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on part time Days at our award-winning Nursing Home Pentlands in Worthing.

Hours - 18 hrs per week

Monday, Wednesday and Sunday 8am -2pm

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
