Job summary

Bluebird Care Canterbury & Thanet is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Canterbury & Thanet. You will work independently or with a team, delivering personalised care and ensuring comfort and dignity for every client.

The role offers expert training, flexible shift patterns, and full induction. A driving licence and vehicle access are required, with ongoing support and development from the team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans; previous care experience is beneficial but training is provided.

Responsibilities
