Job summary

Bluebird Care is hiring a Care Assistant to join our expert team and help deliver high-quality care in customers’ homes across Dartford. You will work independently or with a team, providing daily living support with dignity and respect.

We offer full induction, expert training, and flexible shift patterns. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required, with DBS checks and references processed in line with regulations.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prep, nutrition, and daily living tasks.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light household tasks like tidying, laundry and cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for customers.
• Paid mileage and travel time.

Requirements
