Job summary

Bluebird Care Canterbury & Thanet is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our expert team and help customers live comfortably in their own homes. You may work independently or with a supportive team, providing personal care, meal support, and daily living assistance.

We offer from £13.10 per hour with flexible shifts, full induction and ongoing expert training, plus uniform and PPE. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to support mobility and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
