Job summary

Unique Home Care NI LTD in Whiteabbey is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for their Supported Living and Domiciliary Care teams. The role involves working with clients in their own homes, delivering tailored daily living support and personal care across day and night shifts.

This full-time position (36/48 hours per week) offers stable hours and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and families, using person-centred care plans and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Willingness to carry out personal care and daily living tasks within allocated timeframe.
• Ability to manage own time.
• Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.

Our Care Assistants create a warm, compassionate, and human connection with the people they support. They work closely with each person in their own home, providing tailored assistance with essential daily tasks while respecting their individuality and fostering their independence.

About the role

Main Responsibilities

• Improve quality of life with tasks such as housekeeping and shopping

• Deliver personal care.
