Complete Homecare 24 is a proud, family-run care provider focused on trust, compassion, and community. This role is to join a supportive team delivering person-centred care to clients in their own homes, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
• Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed; ex-offenders policy applies.
• Criminal record may not bar you from this position; policy available on request.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet assistance.
• Health & Medication Support: administer or remind as prescribed.
• Emotional & Social Support: provide companionship and encourage social connections.
• Domestic Assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal prep; maintain a safe home.
• Communication & Documentation: record health changes and communicate with families and professionals.
• Personal Advocacy: empower clients to make choices while safeguarding dignity.

We're Hiring: Care Worker

Your key responsibilities will be:

Personal Care

• Support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds etc
• Use of mobility aids when required

Health & Medication Support

• Assist with medication: administration or reminders as prescribed
• Support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

Emotional & Social Support

• Offer companionship
• Encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones
• Provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing

Domestic Assistance

• Help with light household tasks including; cleaning, laundry and meal prep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Communication & Documentation

• Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour
• Communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members

Personal Advocacy

• Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care
• Ensure clients rights and dignity are upheld at all times

What Were Looking For

Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Drivers License: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.

Access NI enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post- We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.
