Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Wotton-under-Edge, Thornbury & surrounding areas. You'll support our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. In this role, you will support individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness, requiring additional support during recovery. This vital service helps people leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS. It offers a rewarding experience as you witness clients' progress toward independence, often reaching a point where regular care is no longer necessary.

More about this role:

1. Shifts from 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
2. Pay is provided as a block shift payment.
3. Part-time and full-time roles available; some weekend work required.
4. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
5. Previous experience in care is required.
6. Work is available across Yate, Winterbourne, Badminton, Bristol, Kingswood, Emersons Green, Henbury, Horfield, Downend, Thornbury, Wooton-under-Edge; travel around these areas may be required.
