In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS. It gives a great sense of reward as you will see clients progress and become more independent day by day, often getting to a stage where regular care is no longer required.

More about this role:

  • Shifts 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
  • Pay is paid as a block shift payment.
  • We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required.
  • For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Previous experience in care is required
  • Work is available across Yate, Winterbourne, Badminton, Bristol, Kingswood, Emersons Green, Henbury, Horfield, Downend, Thornbury, Wooton-Under-Edge, travel around these areas may be required.
