About The Role
The role of a Stepdown Support Worker is to support our service users to enable them to live as independently as possible within their own home. Responsibilities include providing personal care, basic health care, and therapy such as mobility practice and supervising exercises to maximize independence.
About You
The successful candidates will work under the guidance of a shift leader or care manager, helping service users work towards their re-ablement goals as outlined in their support plans. The position is based at St Johns Court in Bath, with working hours including weekends and bank holidays on a roster basis, between 7am and 10pm.
