Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting a Care Assistant for nights and part-time late shifts at Poppymill Brook, Brockworth. The home is under construction and due to open in January 2027, offering an exciting opportunity to join a developing team.

You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with meals, support residents daily, and maintain records and safety in line with health and safety requirements. Evening and night shifts are available with competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patient and compassionate approach.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assist residents with meals.
• Maintain records and report changes to staff.
• Support residents' social and emotional needs.
