Elizabeth Finn Homes in Reigate is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high-quality personal care, supporting residents with dignity and independence.

Join the team at The Eversfield Home to help create a safe, engaging environment while following care plans and collaborating with clinical and senior teams. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are part of the recruitment process.

Competenze

• Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience caring for older people.
• Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.

• Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
• Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
• Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.

Hourly Rate: £13.82 per hour + benefits

Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Shifts: 12.25 - 36.75 hour shifts available, alternating weekends essential

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you’ll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Do
