Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Tegfield House Care Home in Winchester (SO22 5HD). This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with flexible day and night shifts and a supportive training package to help you grow within a friendly team.

You will provide high-quality, individualised care, promoting residents' privacy, dignity and independence while creating a happy, caring and safe atmosphere and putting residents' needs first.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required for this role; full training is provided.
• Demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude and be prepared to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

No previous experienceis required for this role as we willprovide full training, therefore if this is your first role in Care we willsupport you fully. We do require you to demonstrate aflexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of adedicated teamand aright to work in the UK.
