Job summary

Struan Lodge Care Home in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Care Assistant on a contract basis. You will support residents with personal care, mobility and wellbeing, providing respectful, person-centred care during night shifts.

Full training is provided; the role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.60), a 36-hour week, paid PVG pension, and uniform. Experience is beneficial but not required, with opportunities to develop within the Care Concern Group.

Night Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Contracted 36 hours per week - Paid Beaks!
• Paid PVG pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
