Job summary

Evermore Care is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join the team at Astley View, Chorley. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern, luxury care home on a two-week rolling rota, with 8pm–8am shifts and overtime paid at £14.95 per hour where applicable.

The role requires Right to Work in the UK for at least 18 months from start date and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care (personal or work-based).
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and team.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, eating, toileting).
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens).
• Build rapport with residents, staff and families while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high standard of care.

Night Care Assistant
Location:Astley View, Chorley
Salary:£13.45per hourand overtime paid at £14.95per hour, equivalent£26,926pa
Hours:Full-time, 38.5hours a week, 8pm- 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
