What you'll be doing:

• Supporting residents with personal care, daily activities, and companionship, much like caring for a family member.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, supporting residents with meals, making beds, and understanding their care needs.
• Organizing social activities such as family meals or trips to the beauty salon.
• Building relationships with residents through quality time and companionship.
• Being part of a friendly and supportive team.
