Town and Country Homecare is seeking caring, reliable carers to provide in-home support across shifts including mornings, evenings and sleep-ins. You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication support, meal prep, and light domestic tasks while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding standards.
Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, be willing to undertake mandatory training (Care Certificate), and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
To provide high quality, compassionate, and person centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, in line with their personalised care plans, the health and social care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) regulations 2014, and the care quality commission (CQC) fundamental standards.

You must be available to support at least one evening shift and at least one shift every other weekend as a minimum
Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £13.50 per hour
Weekends - £15.50 per hour
NVQ Care Worker Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £14.00 per hour
Weekends - £16.00 per hour
Additional Pay Rates:
Sleep ins - £114.39
Waking nights - standard hourly rate
This incudes travel time paid at £12.71 per hour and 20p per mile
All care workers are paid £12.71 per hour of training and meetings
Enhanced DBS checks, uniform, PPE are paid and provided for by Town and Country Homecare Ltd
