Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is recruiting a Care Assistant at St Lukes to support residents with personal care and daily activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

The role offers training and development and values a friendly, respectful approach, with a focus on dignity, privacy, and building a home-like environment for residents.

Job description

Hourly rate: £12.83 per hour

About the role

You will support all the individuals we care for to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and person-centred care. No two shifts will be the same and you will be involved with various aspects of the home to ensure that in every single way our residents receive the highest quality of care possible.
