Perfect Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant for flexible shifts in Newton Aycliffe. No experience needed; full training provided, with paid shadow shifts and NVQ progression.

You will deliver person-centred care to older adults, assist with meals, personal care, light housekeeping and companionship, within a local area. We offer competitive pay (£13.40/hour), paid mileage (30p/mile if you drive), full-time and part-time roles, and a structured shift pattern with no large gaps between calls.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.
