Perfect Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Crook & Willington DL15 with flexible shifts and no experience required. You will provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes and receive comprehensive training from day one.

You’ll earn £13.40 per hour, with paid mileage (30p per mile if you drive) and access to funded NVQ qualifications, DBS checks, and wellbeing support, plus clear career progression within a local team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.
