Perfect Care Ltd is hiring Home Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care across County Durham. You will know your rota in advance and work within a small local area. No experience is required as full training is provided, including paid shadow shifts.

Travel involves visiting clients in their homes; a valid UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance are essential. Roles include AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends, with paid mileage and opportunities for NVQ qualifications.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
