Perfect Care Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to older adults across a local area, helping them regain independence in their own homes. You will work with grouped visits and structured shift patterns to minimize gaps between calls.

We offer full training, funded NVQ qualifications from day one, DBS checks, and a competitive pay rate of £13.40 per hour. Right to work in the UK is required, with AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends expected.
