Job summary

- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
- Ability to maintain residents' dignity, independence and quality of life.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Build positive relationships and meaningful experiences for residents.
- Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
- Collaborate with the care team and demonstrate kindness, professionalism.
- Undertake additional duties as required for smooth service delivery.
