Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide personal care, emotional support and assist with daily activities in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using the Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver services with kindness, compassion and professionalism.
