- Assist residents with daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver services.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism.
- Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care.
