Job summary

HRString is a well-established independent domiciliary care provider in the UK seeking dedicated carers to support service users in their own homes. You will perform health-care tasks under supervision of registered nurses and physiotherapists, monitor vital signs and medications, and assist with bedside and personal care.

Previous care experience is welcomed, but training will be provided. You must be located in the UK with valid right to work.

Responsibilities

Monitor vital signs and medications under direction of nurses and physiotherapists.
Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene assistance.
Advise, support and/or undertake in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
Advise, support and/or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing, etc.
Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
