Job summary

Alex Wood House Care Home in Cambridge is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily activities and personal care. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will help implement care plans and contribute to a warm, family-like atmosphere.

The role offers 18 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Sunday, with day and night shifts paid at £12.71 and £13.23 per hour respectively. We provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing development, and benefits such as 28 days holiday and a Blue

• Passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents.
• Experience in a care role is preferred; we support achieving required qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
