Qualifications

• Passion for care with a resident-first attitude.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable; we provide training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents in the home.
• Assist residents during meals ensuring suitable options.
• Participate in activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete all statutory, mandatory and development training.
