Job summary

Brunelcare is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You will deliver outcome-focused care to help residents stay independent, support daily living, and promote health and social wellbeing with kindness.

This role offers £13.11–£13.48 per hour, 30 days' annual leave (33 after five years), a free DBS check, uniform, Cycle to Work, and an Employee Assistance Programme. No sponsorship is available.

To demonstrate, promote, and ensure high health and social care standards for the people living in the home.

To work with the staff team to provide a homely environment for people living in the home.

Work within the expectations of a care environment based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well-being of the people in the home.
